Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Vegetable Oil2 TIn a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts, and saute 4 to 5 minutes each side, until lightly browned.
Boneless Chicken Breasts6 ea
Sauce, teriyaki,(low sodium)1/2 cPlace browned chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush with teriyaki sauce, then spoon on salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese, green onions and bacon bits.
Salad dressing, ranch dressing, fat-free1/2 c
Cheddar Cheeseshredded1 c
Green Onions (Scallions)3 ea
Bacon bits3 oz
Parsley, fresh1 TBake for 25 to 35 minutes (25 min for thin, 35-38 min for thicker), or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Garnish with parsley and serve.
