Ingredients
2 c Granulated Sugar

Directions
Wipe inside of bowl with damp cloth so floss doesn't stick. You can also moisten the cone first.
Pre-heat for 10-15 minutes.
Granulated sugar is fine, but only use 100% sugar, nothing with any additives. No cocoa, no cornstarch or fillers. You can also use hard candies (peppermints, butterscotch, etc)
After each batch, either turn it off, add more sugar (90% full) and then restart, or do it while it's moving.
For colors, use either gel food coloring or powdered food coloring (search amazon with those terms). Gel gives more intense colors, but it takes longer to mix.
For flavors, use concentrated candy flavorings (e.g. LorAnn Oils is recommended)
MOISTEN THE INSIDE OF PAN WITH A DAMP CLOTHE SO FLOSS WILL ADHERE TO THE PAN.
NOTE THE DIRECTION OF THE FLOSS AS IT IS SPUN OFF OF THE FLOSS HEAD.
ADJUST FLOATERS (ON TOP OF SPINNER HEAD): UP FOR MORE LIFT, DOWN FOR LESS.
HOLD CONE AN INCH OR TWO AT POINTED END BETWEEN TWO FINGERS AND THUMB.
BREAK INTO WEB OF FLOSS WITH A LIGHT FLICKING MOTION.
LIFT CONE UP WITH THE RING OF FLOSS ATTACHED AND WIND THE FLOSS ONTO THE CONE.
BRUSH CONE WITH DAMP SPONGE SO FLOSS DOES NOT ADHERE TO CONE.
ROLL FLOSS ON OUTSIDE OF PAN ONLY!!
TURN THE RING OF FLOSS ONTO THE CONE IN A FIGURE 8 MOTION TO MAKE A LARGER WEB.
To clean:
RUN ALL SUGAR OUT OF THE FLOSS HEAD.
TURN HEAT TO HIGHEST SETTING FOR ONE MINUTE WHEN EMPTY TO REMOVE CARBON FROM RIBBONS.
UNPLUG MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPLLY CORD FIRST!!!
WIPE FLOSS HEAD WITH DAMP CLOTH. (NEVER ALLO WATER TO ENTER THE FLOSS HEAD.)
BE SURE ALL PARTS ARE DRY BEFORE RESUMING OPERATION OR RETURNING THE MACHINE

To convert format, add a new first line in the directions. First, re-order ingredients so the order matches the order needed in the directions.
Format is |x|0,1,2-0|3,4,5-1| where 0,1,2,3,4,5 are ingredients by order, and -0 and -1 are the steps that the ingredients correspond to.
It uses the recipe card format if the first line of the directions begins with "|x|"
