Rotisserie Chicken (whole)1 eaPick the meat from the cooked chicken and roughly cut up and set aside.
Orzo1 cIn a large dry skillet pan over medium high cook orzo until lightly browned; about 3 minutes stirring frequently.
Olive Oil2 TRemove browned orzo to a bowl and add oil to hot pan.
CarrotsCut on the bias2 cAdd carrots and onion and saute for 4 minutes.
Yellow OnionsCut into thick strips1 c
Chicken Broth (or bouillon)2 cAdd orzo back in along with stock, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover and reduce heat to a medium simmer and simmer to cook the orzo, about 8-10 minutes.

Parsley, fresh1 cUncover and add parsley, peas, and cream along with cooked chicken.
Peas, frozen1 c
Nonfat (skim) Milk(or heavy cream)1 c
Increase heat and cook just to bring the dish to temperature and incorporate the ingredients.
Parmesan Cheese1 cServe with grated Parmesan sprinkled over the top.
